Kate Quinn, The Caterers’ Cookbook Project Manager, has made her lifelong love of cooking and eating into a second career.  Deciding - after twenty years as an attorney - that she wanted a change, Kate began catering and cooking for dinner parties and the like.  She has cooked in fine dining restaurants and assisted in the successful opening of a new bistro in Southern Maryland.  Kate is currently completing a culinary arts program while cooking and baking for an assortment of friends and clients.
